Everything is connected. Our thoughts, emotions & body influence each other. Our environment shapes us as much as we shape it.

Coaching your whole being

The overarching approach I take to coaching considers you as a whole being: mind, body, and emotions.

By ensuring all three of these parts of you are aligned and working at their best, we can effectively address the challenges you’re facing. I call this the Mindset, Mood, Movement (MMM) Philosophy.

Closely tied to this is the fact that our breathing influences our body, emotions and the mind. So, one of the vital tools I encourage all my clients to use in building a healthier life is Breathwork. Having the ability to manage your emotional state is both vital and empowering.

Why I coach

I believe that it's easy to lose touch with our true selves in today's world.

Many personal problems are caused by internal conflict in our minds. We commonly see our minds as detached from our bodies and business as separate from humanity. This sense of separation or division can leave us and our world fractured.

So, I aim to bring consciousness into life and back into business. I help people reconnect with their whole being so they can live more fulfilling lives for themselves, others, and the ecosystems they belong in.

Because if we're fully awake and connected to our minds, bodies, and feelings, we'll take better care of ourselves, each other, and our world.

From my perspective, I am constantly learning and growing due to this work. When I'm helping people get insight, I also gain understanding. When I'm assisting people in feeling free of their past belief structures, I feel freer. And I get a tremendous sense of both energy and peace of mind at the same time. Everyone and everything is connected.

How I work

I have a holistic, human-centred coaching approach grounded in psychology, neuroscience and physiology but also influenced by Eastern philosophy. It takes into account how you think, how you feel, and how your body responds.

In our sessions together, we'll use this approach to tackle the following six questions and get you to a happier, confident and calmer state of being:

• What is the problem?

• What is it you truly desire?

• What's blocking you?

• What is your greatest strength?

• How do you define yourself?

• What connects you to your purpose?

Who I help?

I support people with their personal or business mindset challenges.

On the personal level, I help people who need therapeutic coaching or life coaching because they are struggling with a problem such as anxiety, relationship issues, or not feeling good enough.

For business founders, my coaching is based on how interconnected their work is with their mindset, beliefs, and behaviour. Decision-making, strategy, and vision are driven by the founder's mindset. And the founder is the most important part of the business. So, by helping the founder overcome limiting beliefs and unhelpful habits, the business benefits.

Where I work

In terms of practicalities and logistics, if you're in the Brighton area, I'd prefer to meet with you in person. If not, I'm available via video call (Zoom) anywhere in the UK. I'm also happy to work with anyone outside the UK within 2 hours of the GMT time zone.

Most of my personal coaching clients tend to see me in person, and founder coaching clients usually see me via video call because they're based all over the country.

I run coaching sessions within office hours (UK time), Monday to Friday.

What Got You Here, Won't Get You There
